The role – build and lead your own office
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, managing, and developing a new NTG Projects office. You will have full support from our headquarters, but also the freedom to shape the business.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and developing a new office with full commercial and operational responsibility
- Preparing budgets and business plans in close dialogue with HQ
- Driving growth and profitability – with an understanding of the initial investment phase
- Building and recruiting a strong local team over time
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships through both your own network and NTG Projects’ internal connections
- Managing tender processes, contract negotiations, and supplier development

Strategic influence and leadership
You will be part of the global new leadership team and report directly to the Managing Director in Denmark. The role offers significant strategic influence and a central position in NTG Projects’ continued international expansion.

Your profile
We are looking for an experienced candidate with a proven track record in project forwarding, shipping, or chartering, with solid knowledge of contracts, freight, and complex project transports. You bring experience in business development and networking, and you are accustomed to working with HSEQ, contract negotiations, and ideally also heavy lift.
You can execute independently, set direction, and drive a new unit forward. In addition, we expect you to be fluent in English (both written and spoken), a strong communicator and relationship builder, with a hands-on mentality and the willingness to collaborate and exchange knowledge across NTG Projects’ global organization.
Location
The position is globally anchored, and you may establish the office either from an existing NTG location or from your current base. We are open to flexible setups, including hybrid or remote solutions during the start-up phase.

The recruitment process will be as follows: First informal online meeting with our MD focusing on chemistry and expectations. Hereafter a second meeting with presentation of a case with a business plan and budget for the office start-up. If relevant, a personality analysis and a customer/project case will follow and thereafter final offer and contract signing.
